Original Title
(If you have financed, you must pay off the balance off the loan to have the lien removed and the title released to you).

Driver's License
*Driver's license of the seller(s) & buyer(s) showing current address.

Insurance
Proof of insurance is not required to be shown.

NOT ALL WATERCRAFT HAVE A TITLE

The following watercraft must be titled:
*if already currently titled in PA
*if already currently titled in another state and PA is now the state of principle use.
*if bought/sold after March 1, 1998 with a 1997 or newer outboard engine AND is 14 ft or longer

If your powered watercraft does not have a title and does not fall into one of the categories above, it can be transferred with just the PA registration card alone.

WHAT FEES WILL I PAY?
Here is a listing of what you can expect:
*PA sales tax (6% or 7% depending on your county)
*State Title Fee:  $15.00
*Registration fee: (2-year):
- 16ft or less: $26.00
- 16ft - 19.5ft: $39.00
- 20ft or more: $52.00
- Unpowered: $22.00
*Agent Service fee
