A Notary Public acts as an impartial witness to not only the signature, but also the signer's willingness to sign without duress or intimidation and to their awareness of the general impact and understanding of the document. Some examples of documents that might require notarization include:

All Notarial acts require the
PERSONAL APPEARANCE &
PROPER IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PARTIES

Please DO NOT sign your document
in advance or ask us to notarize a document when the signer(s) is/are not present.

Types of Proper Identification for Notarial Acts:

Unexpired photo drivers license or non-driver photo ID card
Unexpired passport written in english
Unexpired Government issued ID with photo or signature
Current Armed Forces ID card with photo or signature
Social Security or Medicare card with photo or signature
PA State University ID card with photo or signautre

OUR NOTARIAL FEES:

Single-page notarization: $5
Document requiring adding notarial wording: $5 clerical fee + notarization fee
Multi-page documents: $5 per notarization + clerical fee
Witness fee: $3 per signature + notarization fee (if required)
Copies: $0.25 per page (10 page max)
Fax: $1.00 per page (10 page max)
